Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM Central Time, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. The celebration will conclude at 11:00 PM. The ceremony will take place outdoors. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. We kindly ask that you join us for an unplugged ceremony - No phones, tablets, laptops, or, yes, even desktop computers (you know who you are) will be allowed. Cocktail hour will be held on a covered patio, with drinks and light bites to enjoy. Dinner and dancing will follow indoors.
We recommend calling the hotel manager of the hotel you booked. The other two hotels the wedding shuttle will be servicing are fully booked. Ask the manager if they can honor the same price you booked your original reservation and rebook you at a local hotel. There are several hotels that are north and south of the venue and are a short drive to the venue. Thanks for your flexibility!
We appreciate everyone’s concern! While parts of Milwaukee have recently experienced flooding, our wedding venue and hotel accommodations have seen only minimal impact. The exception being the Fairfield Inn and Suites, which is fully closed. Local crews have been hard at work, and the city is operating normally for visitors. If you’ll be driving into the city, you may want to allow a little extra time and check your GPS for any detours. We’ll keep this page updated if anything changes, but we’re happy to say the celebration is still on—rain or shine!
Write down one of your favorite recipes on the enclosed recipe card — anything you’d like to share, from cocktails to main courses to sweet treats (we love them all!). Be sure to bring the card with you to the wedding, where we’ll have a special recipe box to collect them. Prefer to submit your recipe online instead? You can also share it here: https://forms.gle/KnzfW1hrKdMRc6kb7

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is the closest airport. Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) are both within a 2 hour drive of Milwaukee and make decent options too.

Milwaukee is home to an Amtrak station, with nation wide connections via Chicago. This is a great option for those looking for alternative methods of travel.
We absolutely love their coffee! If you have the time, their factory tour at the downtown Milwaukee location is fantastic. If not, you can still enjoy their caffeine fix at a store conveniently located near the 3 preferred hotel blocks.

The museum is renowned not only for its impressive art collections but also for its iconic architecture. Notably, the building features a moveable wing-like structure called the Burke Brise Soleil, which opens and closes at specific times throughout the day.
One of Madison's favorite interchange methods as a transportation engineer. A Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) is a intersection design that improves safety and traffic flow by briefly shifting vehicles to the opposite side of the road to allow direct left turns onto freeways.
