We’re so excited to share that we’ve negotiated special nightly rates on (10) Magnolia Cabins at Camp Fimfo in Waco for our wedding guests! We fell in love with the family fun vibe of the cabins and campground, and we can’t wait to create lasting memories with you there on our wedding weekend! Each cabin comfortably sleeps eight, making it the perfect spot for families and friends to gather before and after the wedding. Camp Fimfo offers a variety of activities, from mini-golf to exploring the Brazos River, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Campfires and s’mores are a must! We’ve secured a special rate of $200 per night for our guests. ($200 per night split 8 ways is $25 per night per person). You are free to split your cabin with any other wedding guests as you need. If you are a solo traveler or a couple looking for a cabin to split with others, please let us know! We can connect you with other weddings guests. Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
We will be providing beer and wine to be served from our bartender. Although if you prefer to bring your own, the answer is yes you may but please be aware that there are specific rules you must follow. We kindly ask that you respect all alcohol rules in accordance with the venues policies. Rules those bringing their own alcoholic beverages: The venue requests that any alcohol please be dropped off upon arrival with the bartender who will take care of securing and serving you your drinks throughout the evening. (Note: Beer cans only, please! Glass beer bottles will not be permitted. Also please respect the venue's no shot service policy.) Wine, Beer, and Liquor are welcomed. Liquor must be consumed in a cocktail or mixed drink format. **(Shots are not permitted for safety and TABC reasons). Glass bottles (wine, liquor, or other) are not permitted to be thrown away at the venue. If you bring it in with you, we kindly request that you take it back with you and dispose of any glass bottles at home. (Unfortunately, the venue gets charged quite a bit for disposal of glass bottles - and we will have to pay for each glass bottle left). Coolers with your own alcohol are not permitted. Please mark and label your alcohol and turn it in to the bartender who will keep track of it for you during the event. Prior to leaving you may collect your alcohol and promptly leave the facility. Please drink responsibly and make travel arrangements if you plan to drink. Note: If these rules are not followed you may be asked to leave by the venue/their security staff. Thanks for understanding and respecting these policies!

Are children allowed?
Answer
Yes! Our family wouldn't be the same without the joy of our kiddos. Children are welcome, although, we know sitting in a new and exciting place can be hard. We have provided a Kids Zone for your kiddos to ensure they have maximum fun while you enjoy the evening with us. Children must be supervised at all times. (Note: the venue is very strict on children - as it is a Ranch that has some hazards. We ask that you please supervise children at all times) Children are welcome at the ceremony, but we kindly request for you to step out if littles become disruptive.

Answer
We cherish the memories you'll create with us! After the ceremony, we encourage you to capture all the fun with your phones. During the ceremony itself, however, we kindly request for a cellphone free ceremony. We would love to have you fully immersed in the moment with us. To share this sacred occasion between our family and God, please silence and store away your cellphones until the ceremony concludes.

Smoking is permitted in the dedicated outside smoking areas (there's a circle of blue lawn chairs) outside of the venue.
