Question
Will the reception and ceremony be held at the same location?
Answer
Yes! Both events will be held at The Helms Residence. The address is included on the invites you received. Please note that the Ceremony and Reception will be held outdoors.
Question
Will there be parking?
Answer
Since the wedding will be at a residence, there is very limited parking. We strongly encourage anyone who is able, to carpool. There will be signage and people directing upon arrival!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We understand that we are having an outdoor summer wedding, so we would love to help you navigate what dressing for this will look like! When planning your attire, think "dressy casual" or "garden party."

Will there be food?
Answer
Yes! Dinner will be buffet style featuring a pasta bar. This will be held following the ceremony and coffee hour.

Do I get a plus one?
Answer
While we would love to say yes, we cannot guarantee room for everyone. We've worked hard on our guest list and hope that you can understand we are looking to have a smaller and intimate celebration with the people closest to us! Those invited are listed on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! We have provided all of our guests who have kids the option to bring them! Their names should be attached to the digital invite when completing your RSVP.

When is the RSVP deadline and how do I complete it?
Answer
The deadline is July 23rd, 2024 to guarantee your attendance. There is a QR code on the physical invite (that probably brought you here!) Once you've checked off who is coming in your party, your RSVP has been completed!

Will there be any options for someone who has dietary restrictions during dinner?
Answer
Absolutely! We want to make sure every one of you is comfortable and fueled up for this celebration! There will be gluten free options and because our pasta bar is buffet style, what you put on your plate is totally up to you!

No, we will be having an alcohol-free wedding.

Annie is the most generous and hospitable person around! We don't even have to say what we need before she's already on it. We love her more than we will ever be able to say!

Lifetime bestie!!! No one else we could see to be such a huge part of our day. Becca and Brookie have been inseparable for years and years and this season only makes sense with her in it! Lucas is the life of the party for sure!! Put him and Leo in a room together and they don't even need music. They dance and jump around just because they're excited to see each other. Distance doesn't stop these besties ;)

Gracie girl- another one of Brookie's roommates from SEU!! To have experienced such little time together and to have still become so close is an experience like no other! Grace is the kind of person you can spend 1 day a year with and still feel like you've been around each other everyday! Time just stops with our Grace!! We love her so!

Rylan, basically the same person as Leo (something we've quickly realized!) He is one of the greatest friends. Quiet at first, but once you get to know him, you never stop laughing and you have the best conversations! We are so grateful to have him in our lives and for the amazing friend he is to Leo!
