FAQs

Question

Tampa, Florida TRAFFIC

Answer

Due to our wedding being on a Friday evening at 4pm in Tampa, Florida we do recommend people leave earlier than they think they should or their gps tells them to in order to make it to the venue on time, please give yourself extra time to get to the venue because traffic will be a very real situation during that time of day and in that area.

Question

Can guest bring kids?

Answer

While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event except for a select few that will be apart of our wedding party.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color tie/bow tie optional and women wear an evening gown, knee-length cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit/long jumpsuit.

Question

Are any colors or styles off limits?

Answer

Women please stray from wearing white, off white, cream colors or any short dresses. Pass the knee/ floor length dresses, jumpsuits or suits are encouraged. Men please do not wear jeans, sandals or a t shirt, again this is a formal event. Suits are encouraged. 🫶 It will be chilly don’t forget a nice cover up to keep warm. ☺️

Question

Will it be a outdoors or indoors wedding?

Answer

The entire wedding including ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception Is all taking place outdoors.

Question

Will it be cold?

Answer

We are recommending everyone bring a cover up, jacket or sweater to keep warm because it will be chilly once the sunsets.

Question

Will there be open bar?

Answer

Yes there will be an open bar at the wedding and the bartenders will have a tip jar out. Tipping is encouraged, but not mandatory. The bar will be serving a red wine, a white wine and a sweet wine, hard seltzers, 2 types of beer, and three signature cocktails a Moscow mule (vodka), spicy margarita (tequila) and old fashioned (bourbon) Other mixers will be available for basic mixed drinks that can be created with the 3 types of liquors provided there will also be a champagne wall. NO SHOTS will be served. Sodas, water, iced tea and lemonade will also be available.

Question

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

A seating chart will not be arranged. Dinner seating will be up to each individual to sit wherever and next to whomever they desire.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the size of the venue we can only accommodate a select amount of plus ones. Your invitation will be addressed to you and a guest or the specific name of your plus one. If your invitation is addressed to your name only then only you are invited and are not able to bring a plus one. We apologize if this upsets you.

Question

Can we take photos during ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony for the reason we would love everyone to be fully present with their own eyes and not viewing through a camera. You may take photos after the first kiss and ongoing from there. Please stay off the aisle if doing so.

Question

When should you arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4pm we encourage people to arrive by 3:30pm to begin signing the guest book and sitting. If you arrive after 4pm (during ceremony) the director will NOT allow you into the ceremony due to it being a disruption which means you would have to wait outside for the ceremony to be over and then you could join other guest for cocktail hour.

Question

Is there an after party?

Answer

No, WE will NOT be hosting an after party once the reception and send off ends, but any of you are more than welcome to go off and have your own after party. There are plenty of fun places to go after dark in Tampa, Florida! 💕

Question

When should we leave?

Answer

You are welcome to begin leaving after the ceremony or first dances if you wish, but we encourage you to stay and enjoy the entire wedding with us. The send off will be at 8:45pm and the entire wedding will end no later than 9pm.
