Elopement Ceremony

Casual or Dress up!
The ceremony starts at noon sharp. If you typically run a little late, you can start arriving by 11:45am. And please wear whatever you feel comfortable in! Just because we’re getting fancy doesn’t mean any of you are obligated to do so! 😁 The wedding is outside and it’s Tennessee so there’s no telling what the weather will be like this day. It’s also standing only, if you need a chair you can always bring one with you! If you park in one of the parking lots near the Conference Center that’s on site, the walk to our location won’t be long. Our ceremony will be held on the steps of an Old Rustic Cabin that’s right near a private gardens. You shouldn’t miss it once you start walking towards it! ❤️
Reception/Halloween Party

Halloween Costume or Casual!
It’s Halloween day so of course we wanted to have a moment for a costume! Come dressed in a costume, stay in your ceremony attire, or wear whatever is comfortable to you, there’s no obligations here either! 😁 We may do a little of both ourselves, there are rooms everyone can change in at this location. This is an LGBTQ+ safe space with plenty of room. We will be providing food so please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. We will most likely be keeping the food simple though! We’re hoping to have karaoke as well but definitely music, dancing and just a chill time regardless 💜

Please refer to the invite you were sent for the addresses to both the Ceremony and the Reception/Halloween Party! Or send one of us a text the day before the Elopement and we’ll send them over to you! ☺️

We didn’t list any travel recommendations just because we know that most of our out of town guests already have that figured out. If you do need any help with that still though, please feel free to reach out to one of us and we’ll be glad to help! 😊

Where should I park and enter the Reception?
Answer
The location of the reception isn’t super easy to see from the street. The entrance is on the side of The Cempa community health center. There is plenty of parking around, with 2 parking garages right near by. Please text one of us with any further questions! 😄
