Ben and Britney met over Mexican food. "Are you going to eat those beans”, he asked. Britney and her sister Jessica shared the beans and other Mexican food with a famished Benjamin that fateful night in the Tableau kitchen. 5 minutes after Ben trudged back upstairs to his desk for some Friday night Treasury data pipeline construction (this work was later honored with a global Treasury technology award, by the way), he received an email from Britney inviting him to watch the famed Christmas Light Boat Parade on Lake Union. “Wow, she must really like me”, he thought. As they were watching the boat parade, it started to rain. Britney had already been cracking jokes, so Ben was thinking “Wow, how funny she is!” With her hair wet from the rain and the moonlight shining on her face, now he realized how beautiful Britney is. Ben was in love and he didn’t even know it! Since that wondrous night, Britney and Ben have been on many adventures together. From Pacific Northwest mountain lakes to California, Texas, New Orleans, to Israel! They are ecstatic about their biggest adventure yet - the big M!
