Hi ladies! 💕 Just a quick note about getting ready for the big day: Please plan to arrive on time, as we’ll be on a schedule. You’re welcome to do your own hair and makeup if you prefer. Once I finalize a glam team, I’ll share their information and pricing here so you can let me know which services you’re interested in. I’ll also attach their pages for you to check out! Keep in mind that for photos, having your hair and makeup done professionally might be the best option but is completely up to you. All glam services will be financially your responsibility. Each bridesmaid will be assigned a time slot, so please be sure to be on time for that. I’m hoping we can enjoy breakfast, chat, and take some getting-ready pictures together. More detailed info will be shared as we get closer! Thank you all! 💖
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Formal Attire: Floor length dresses
More information to come regarding transportation and arrival times. There will be a very small bridal suite at the venue for you to keep your personal belongings, change of shoes, etc.
Flight
We suggest planning to fly into José María Córdova International Airport (MDE). There are many flights available with one stopover from most US cities. José María Córdova International Airport (MDE) Airport is located about 30-40 minutes from El Poblado, which is the most common area and area we will be staying. As of now, flights are on the lower end, so booking in advance is highly recommended. I am planning to book a flight arriving on Sunday, November 1st from Laguardia.
Hotel
This is the hotel Amine and I will be staying at. It also offers a space for us to get ready together on the morning of the wedding, which will make everything much easier and more convenient. Staying here will allow us to spend more time together and be in one centralized location throughout the trip. You can use the promo code to get a room in our block and have special discounts. Please keep in mind that the rooms are on the smaller side unless you upgrade to deluxe options or add features like balconies. From the reviews, the hotel does have a stricter guest policy, meaning visitors who are not staying at the hotel may not be allowed. Some guests have also mentioned that you can occasionally hear music from the nearby strip since its close by. However, this also means we are in walking distance of everything! Think New York City. Personally, I don’t mind this at all, but I completely understand if it’s not for everyone. Please feel free to reach out if you’d prefer alternative accommodation options. I’m happy to help! Please let me know before booking to verify we are all on the same page!

I am currently looking into accommodations for our time in Cartagena—this may include an apartment building with multiple units, hotels, or Airbnbs. The final option will depend on how many people confirm they would like to come.
