DUTCH TREAT: Tipsy Trout is one of our favorite local restaurants right on the river in downtown Basalt. They have set up multiple tables for us to gather, however this is a pay-your-own-way event. They offer full bar and lunch menu. Hope to see you there!

Ruedi Marina Campground
There are beautiful campgrounds 5 min away from our venue if you're looking for the most affordable lodging experience! Tents, Campers, or car camping required. I recommend reserving 6 months in advance as they do book up quickly! Recommended campgrounds: Ruedi Marina, Little Maud and Mollie B. Little Mattie campground is First Come First serve, but best to arrive early in the week as they will be taken by a Friday.

Aspen Food & Wine Classic
The 2026 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen will take place from June 19–21, 2026. Tickets go on sale December 10, 2025, at noon ET. The event is a three-day culinary festival featuring cooking demonstrations, wine and spirit tastings, panel discussions, and more.
Aspen Saturday Market
From mid-June to early October, spend your Saturday mornings at the Aspen Farmer's Market. Since 1998 it has been a local's tradition to stroll through the market buying Colorado-grown produce and Colorado-produced artisan products. Open 8:30 AM - 2 PM from June - August and 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM the market offers Colorado-grown fruits, vegetables, bread, meats, jams, and more as well as a food court for lunch or a snack.
Basalt Sunday Market
The Market will be located along Midland Spur, adjacent to Lions Park and Basalt Town Hall each Sunday starting June 15th through September 28th from 10 am - 2 pm, rain or shine.
Basalt Summer concert series
WEDNESDAY NIGHT FREE CONCERTS The free concerts take place every Wednesday from June 17 - August 26 at Basalt River Park in downtown Basalt. Please bring your own picnics, blankets, and chairs.
Snowmass Concert Series
THURSDAYS June 12 - August 21 | 5:30pm-8:30pm | Fanny Hill | Free Bring your picnic basket and blanket and enjoy a wide variety of music while taking in the sunsets at Snowmass as acclaimed artists take the stage all summer long.

Yes of course ! We appreciate the notice of allergies in advance. We will have gluten free and vegetarian options available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

If you prefer to drive to the venue, We will have a designated parking area just outside of our neighborhood with shuttles to the venue. Please arrive no later than 3:00PM.

Please note, our venue does not have any cell reception. We encourage guests to embrace the freedom, connect to nature and be fully present in the moment. Wifi will be available in case of emergencies, but prioritized for our vendors. Thank you for understanding. x
