Celina and Brian’s love story began on a magical summer evening in Austin, Texas, on June 7th, 2014. Fate brought them together at The X-Games during the Kanye West concert—a night neither of them could have anticipated would change their lives forever. Though Celina was just visiting Austin from Tucson, and Brian called Austin home, they were instantly drawn to one another. That week, they spent every moment they could together before Celina had to return to Tucson, sealing their connection with their first kiss on June 14th, under the iconic Austin Motel sign that reads, “so close yet so far out.” For Celina, June 7th—the day they met—has always felt like the true start of their journey. Their love continued to grow despite the distance. In March 2015, Celina moved to San Antonio, Texas, to be closer to Brian, and by June 2018, they were living together in Austin. Life took them on new adventures when they relocated to Miami, Florida, in 2021. On June 7th, 2024, exactly ten years after they first met, Brian proposed at the very spot where they shared their first kiss—a perfect full-circle moment in their love story. Now, Celina and Brian will celebrate their 11-year anniversary by saying “I do” surrounded by their closest family and friends. With a shared love for music, their dog Mango, and a zest for life, they can’t wait to begin the next chapter of their story.
