We met while both working at Saint Francis Hospital in 2015. I was in my Senior year of college and planning to leave Memphis as soon as I graduated. However, we went on a couple of dates, but it didn’t go anywhere due to me moving to Texas. We remained friends over the years. In February 2022 I moved back to Memphis. We reconnected and the connection was so authentic and it felt right. Andrew stated “I’m not letting you get away this time.” We dated for 10 months before Andrew Proposed!

On New Years Eve, there was a family gathering at my Dad’s home. Andrew had to work that evening, so I thought I would be celebrating with my family. I went to have a drink with my best friend and we went back to my Dad’s house. I walked in and there was Andrew with rose petals on the floor and all of our family and friends. My cousin Nolan beautifully sang my favorite song “Best Part” by Daniel Caesar. Andrew asked me to marry him and I said “YES!” We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you all!
