Attendance: Please feel free to arrive anytime after 5:00pm for a pre-event beverage. Parking: Ample parking is available at Pear Park Elementary next door. Flight
Getting to Grand Junction for the Wedding For guests flying in, the most convenient option is to book flights directly to Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT). GJT offers a variety of rental car services located on-site. A rental car is highly recommended for your trip. While ride-sharing services like Uber and Taxis are available, they can be very unreliable in the Grand Junction area, with limited availability and the potential for surge pricing that can lead to significantly high fares. Alternatively, you may consider flying into Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ), which is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Grand Junction, or Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE), about a 2.5-hour drive. Both airports also have rental car facilities. Please note that flying into Denver International Airport (DIA) is not recommended, as it requires a lengthy 5 to 6-hour drive to reach Grand Junction, which can be especially tiring after a flight.
For breathtaking views that feel a world away, take a drive along Rim Rock Drive. You can drive the whole thing in about an hour, or stop at the many pull-offs for a quick, easy walk and incredible photos.
Offers a modern vibe with a fantastic rooftop patio that has panoramic views of the famous Book Cliffs and Mount Garfield.
If you don't want to drive out to the vineyards, enjoy a fun and casual tasting experience right on Main Street in downtown Grand Junction.
Take a stroll down Main Street, a charming, walkable street lined entirely with local shops, fantastic restaurants, art galleries, and dozens of unique sculptures that are part of the "Art on the Corner" exhibit. It’s a great place to grab a coffee, enjoy a casual lunch, or find a unique souvenir. You won't find any big chain stores here, just local Colorado character.
Step back in time at this living history farm. You can tour historic buildings, see vintage farm equipment, and learn about the agricultural roots of the Grand Valley.
Located near Downtown, this museum offers a great look into the history of Western Colorado, from dinosaurs and early peoples to the pioneers and the "Wild West" era.
