It all started thanks to a little college coincidence. Maia's roommate was on the swim team... and so was Brenden. Naturally, that meant a lot of shared hangouts. At first, we were just part of the same circle, but before long, we were going on our first date. Brenden took Maia to the beach and a romantic dinner. When they arrived back at school, Maia asked, "So when are you going to ask me to be your girlfriend?" Brenden laughed and proceeded to pull sunflowers out from the trunk of his car and said, "If only you would wait a few more seconds". Since then, we've graduated, started our first jobs, and are navigating life together. We can't wait to start the next chapter surrounded by all the people who've loved and supported us along the way.
