The ceremony will be in the fireside lounge starting at 4pm. We will then move to the reception area for cocktail hour before the dinner buffet starts.

Will Fritz be there?
Answer
While we love baby boy with all of our hearts, little Fritzel will not be at the wedding. He sends all of his love and best wishes and looks forward to seeing everyone another time!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As our wedding is an intimate celebration with a limited guest list, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. If for any reason you're unable to attend, we would love to extend the invitation to others in a timely manner. Your quick response will help us greatly in finalizing our plans.

Is there a dress code?

The wedding party will be in black-tie formal attire, and we kindly ask that our guests also dress in formal wear to match the elegance of the occasion. We look forward to seeing you in your finest!

Due to the intimate nature of our celebration and the limited number of guests, we are unable to extend invitations to plus-ones or dates. We truly appreciate your understanding!

While we love your little ones, we have decided to host an adult-only event. We hope this allows our guests to relax and enjoy the evening to the fullest.

How did you both meet?
Answer
Deanna and I met in the backstage area of the Moab Music Festival on September 3rd, 2023. Deanna was performing as a part of a water-themed concert that night with a bunch of other musicians including my best man Nathan Royal. I wasn't performing that evening, but the next day, and decided on a whim to come down early. And boy am I glad I did! While Deanna was preparing for her performance backstage, I made the bold choice to sit down next to her and get to know her. In that John Wayne museum, situated in the basement of the Red Cliffs Lodge, tables strewn with discarded white bread sandwiches, I met the love of my life. The magic obviously didn't wear off and that's how, in some unexpected circumstance, an operatic star, my sunbeam, and this love-stricken jazz bassist came together in a never-before-seen duet. - David
