Travel

For your convenience, we have arranged a shuttle service to transport guests from the Holiday Inn Express to the Harper Event Venue and back. We want to ensure that your journey is comfortable and stress-free, so please take note of the following important information: Pick-Up Location at Holiday Inn: The shuttle will pick up guests in front of the main entrance of the Holiday Inn Hotel and leave by 2:30pm Drop-Off Location at Harper Event Venue: The shuttle will drop off guests directly at the main entrance of the Harper Event Venue around 2:45pm. Pick-up from The Harper will be at 10:30pm to take guests back to the hotel.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What is the dress code?

This is a formal event and would love to see everyone dressed up with us! Please no jeans, hats, or t-shirts.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony could potentially be outdoors if it's sunny and above 60 degrees. Otherwise, both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Are kids allowed?

We love your little ones and will miss them greatly, but this wedding will be an adult only party!

The ceremony will start at 3pm. To avoid being late, I recommend getting to the venue around 2:30 - 2:45.

If you opt out of using the hotel shuttle provided, don't worry! The Harper has ample parking spaces available should you choose to drive.
