Amanda and Brandon met in South Florida, in the Summer of 2021. They were both graduate students studying the brain. Newly vaccinated and eager for socialization, the psychology students would get together at the local Irish Pub for trivia night. Both studied memory and decision making, only he studied mice and she rats. Can I make it any more obvious? They quickly realized how much they had in common, and they bonded over their love of science, music, and games. He asked her out on a date on October 9th, 2021. They went to a bar called "Lost Weekend", played pool, and walked around the marina in Palm Beach. Things went fairly quickly after that. They moved in, finished their graduate studies, traveled, and started their lives together. Now they've moved to Georgia and are very excited to get married exactly 5 years after their first date.
