Can I bring my kids?

We love your little ones—but our wedding will be an adult-focused celebration. We kindly ask that small children stay home, with the exception of the children in our families. Older and adult children are welcome—just please let us know in advance who will be joining you. If you’re planning to bring anyone not listed on your invitation, send us a quick message so we can be sure to include them in our final headcount for the vendors. Thanks so much for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is outside alcohol allowed?

Answer

No. This is a strict policy of our venue. We will have a full bar service available with complimentary “His and Hers” drinks.

Where should I stay? Do you have hotel blocks?

Answer

There are a variety of comfortable hotels and airbnbs available in the Tri-Cities. We will not be making reservation blocks. Guests are encouraged to make reservations as soon as convenient to ensure accommodation.
