Transportation to Welcome Party

2:30 pm

Please meet us in the group lobby of AVA for a ride to the boat dock. This lobby is not the main lobby. It is the north lobby near the conference rooms. Buses will be leaving promptly at 2:45. Those staying off property are welcome to come to AVA to catch a ride to the marina. Please RSVP for a seat on the shuttle.

Help us kick off the weekend festivities with a beautiful cruise on the Caribbean Sea! Enjoy authentic appetizers and cocktails! We look forward to welcoming you to Mexico!

PLEASE WEAR WHITE ATTIRE!!! Dressy Casual: white dresses, tops and pants for women, button down shirts or polos for men(light khaki pant is ok). It may get chilly once the sun goes down, so you may want to bring a light wrap or jacket.

Transportation to Villa La Joya / Ceremony & Reception

3:30 pm

Villa La Joya is a 40 minute ride from AVA resort. Shuttle vans will be provided both to and from Villa La Joya. Meet in the north lobby at 3:20 to get on the vans. Please reserve your seat!

Wedding and Reception

4:45 pm - 11:30 pm

Formal Attire. Full length gowns for women preferred. Jackets for men preferred, tie optional.

Transportation back to AVA-early option

As much as we want everyone to stay the entire evening with us, we realize midnight is a late night. We will providing a couple of early shuttles back to AVA. If you believe you would like to head back before the reception is over, please sign up for a seat on the early shuttle.

11:30 pm

Shuttles will be provided back to AVA resort at the end of the reception. If you are staying off property, you will need to get your own transportation from AVA to your hotel.

Pool Party!

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon with us in the Ava pools-resort guests only (If not staying at AVA, day passes can be purchased for $192/person). We would love to spend time with you before heading back to the USA!! Exact pool location will be provide on the text message link during the weekend.
