Shuttles
If you are staying at the Belton Chalet or the Wonderstone, we have shuttles for you to and from the wedding. Shuttles will depart the Wonderstone at 3pm. They will depart the Belton at 3:30pm. The shuttles will leave the venue at 10:30pm at the end of the wedding.

This event is semi-formal.
Uber is nonexistent/unreliable in the area so we have arranged shuttles to and from two hotels the day of the wedding. The shuttles will depart the Wonderstone at 3pm, and from the Belton at 3:30pm. Shuttles will leave Paddle Ridge to go back to the hotels at 10:30pm after the wedding.

Paddle Ridge is a little less than a mile away from the entrance to Glacier National Park. Everyone got on it quickly, our venue is officially booked out for the wedding weekend!

We do not have a block that will save a room for you, but we do have a discount code that will get you 15% off your booking. You must call to get the discount, the code will not work booking online. As of 12/4 there are about 15-18 rooms left. This is 15 minutes from the venue.

FCA, Glacier Park International Airport
FCA in Kalispell is the closest airport to West Glacier and our venue. It is about a 30 minute drive away. Please note this airport is under construction in July 2026, and will be having limited flights. The airport is CLOSED Tues.-Thurs. and this is a very busy time of year. Please book your flights early!

Missoula has the second closest airport, which is about 2.5 hours away.

We also highly recommend getting a rental car. There are limited Ubers available in the area and cell service can also be limited, especially around the park.

Question
What should I wear?
Answer
This event is semi-formal, get dressed up with us to celebrate! For men this usually means wear slacks and a dress shirt or a suit. For women this means a cocktail or midi dress, or dressy separates. The ceremony will be outside, and Montana weather is unpredictable so maybe bring a jacket.

Can I bring kids or a plus one?
Answer
As this is a small and intimate gathering with all of our closest people, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I get into Glacier National Park?
Answer
This year, Glacier no longer has a timed vehicle reservation system. You can enter the park whenever you wish. The only thing required is an entrance pass. You can find more info on park reservations at this link, https://www.nps.gov/glac/planyourvisit/fees.htm
