How do we book our room?

In order to be included in all of our events and receive the group rate all rooms must be booked using the link listed in the travel section. With this link you will be able see all the room options as well as what is included in your stay. If you have any problems or questions when booking please reach out to Paulina.

How do we get there?

Answer

We recommend you fly into Cozumel International Airport to take advantage of the direct to hotel transportation. Most flights to Cozumel leave from Houston as there is no longer a direct flight from New Orleans. If you are feeling adventurous you could also fly into Cancun, drive down to Playa del Carmen and take the Playa del Carmen Ferry over to the island and taxi over to the resort. Feel free to reach out to Paulina or Miles to ask about the logistics for this option.

What can I expect the week to look like?

Be prepared for lots of sun, swimming and sipping by the pool! We expect some people to join us for the whole week and some people to stay for a few days. When we have an idea of who is coming and when they will be there we will plan some events and activities at the resort and on the island that everyone will be invited to. We also encourage you to take some time, explore and enjoy your vacation! We look forward to spending time with all our guests and hearing about their adventures without us too.

Are kids welcome?

Of course!! We love the littles and they stay free at Cozumel Palace! We would love for this to be a fun and enjoyable vacation for all our guests so please do whatever will be most enjoyable for you.

What if we can't make it?

Answer

While we would love for everyone to join us to celebrate in Cozumel we understand that may not be possible for everyone and we totally understand. We still want to celebrate with everyone and we will be having a big reception at home after the wedding. More details to come.
