Bride
Hi! If you haven't met me yet, I'm the bride! Cole and I met in 2020 and started dating in 2021, and pretty much have been inseparable since. I love true crime podcasts, fantasy books, cats and coffee. I work as an ultrasound technologist and do Pilates in my free time. I have an incredibly large family, and we're all loud, hysterical, and never met a stranger!
Groom
Howdy! I’m Cole, the groom. Macy and I met in 2020, and then she stopped talking to me for 3 months and *then* we started dating in 2021. I’m a history buff, so of course I have to put the real story out. I love guns, video games, WWII, whisky and cigars. I’m currently a Slidell Police Officer and can’t wait to party with my friends and family.
Best Man
Kyle is the definition of ride or die. He and Cole met on a whim years ago, and didn’t learn each other’s names until an adventure led them to Crazy Al’s, nearly a month after hanging out together. Kyle just recently popped the question to his now fiancee, Alexis (yay). He is an all-around great guy and life of the party.
Bridesmaid
Allie is the silliest goose on this side of the Mason Dixon. Allie and Macy met in college at Southeastern and became fast friends. Little did we know, Allie's cousin was one of Cole's friends growing up. Small world! Allie and her husband, Dylan, have a sweet baby girl, Aurora, and are expecting another little cutie in May 2026.
Groomsman
Nunez was one of Cole’s first of many mentors in the Marine Corps. He currently lives in Texas and is the most eligible bachelor in the South. Nunez is a Twisted Tea connoisseur like Cole and enjoyed his first Mardi Gras in 2024!
Bridesmaid
Shelby and Macy met while working together at Starbucks in 2018 and have been friends ever since. Shelby is an ICU nurse, CRNA student, and dog mom to two cockapoos, August and Poppy. Shelby is also a Swiftie and loves musicals. Ask to hear her British accent!
Bridesman
Bradly and Macy have been friends since the 5th grade when they were both new kids at school. They have always been friends but only got close when starting to work together at Target in 2020 (the only good thing to come out of Covid). If you hear them making Spongebob references or ScoobyDoo noises, pay no mind. Bradly also has two adorable pups, Charlie and Barry.
Groomsman
Terry and Cole met in school and have remained tight friends since high school. He’s a jack of all trades and can help you in almost any pinch. Terry is a firefighter for Covington Fire Department and wonderful father to his son, Terry IV. He just recently got married to the love of his life, Natalie!
Bridesmaid
Callie is Cole's baby sister and Macy's (soon to be) sister-in-law. She has played volleyball most of her life, and just recently started college at Southeastern where she is studying Marketing. Callie is part of Tri Sigma Sorority and works for a Real Estate firm while completing her bachelors.
Groomsman
Dalton is Cole’s childhood best friend since the 4th grade. They became close when playing baseball together, and have always been thick as thieves. Growing up, Cole would walk 2 miles to Dalton’s house every day after school just to hangout. Dalton currently serves in the US Air Force and is stationed in Arizona. Thanks Dalton for your service!
Bridesmaid
Katie and Macy met in college at Southeastern in Organic Chemistry (joy). They have been trauma-bonded since Dr. Fotie said they should go to church for a higher grade. She just recently graduated from PA school in December and is finally back home in Louisiana. She is a loving cat mama to sweet baby Friday (aka Chicken). Katie and Shelby have been friends since before they could wipe their own butts, so having the two of them as friends made for the best trio known to man.
Groomsman
Jesse is Cole’s first and closest cousin. They spent most of their childhood together, from playing video games to soccer. Jesse has a Boston Terrier, Beans, who is the sweetest little nut-job, and a girlfriend, Lily, with whom they share 2 kitty cats!
Bridesmaid
Raya is Macy's baby sister, and Cole's (soon to be) sister-in-law. She is another animal lover and has 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a turtle of her own at home. Raya and her boyfriend, Kyle, are wonderful parents to their son, Kash.
Cole's family originated in Old Towne, Slidell. Now the Soda Shop Ice cream Parlor, the Naulty Shoe Repair Shop began on the corner of Cousin Street where his great-grandmother, Elaine, lived. The shoe shop now resides on Carey Street, run by Uncle Alan and Aunt Karla. Stop by and give them a shout or see if they can fix your dancing shoes for the big day!
This is where Cole and I went on our first date, and where we go every year on our anniversary. It's a great seafood restaurant with some pretty views overlooking the harbor and Lake Pontchartrain. We recommend getting their crabmeat au gratin!
Our favorite local bar!
This is where we took our engagement pictures. Everyone here is super nice and accommodating, and willing to help you pick out a drink or cigar that will fit you best.
One of our favorite restaurants! Cole gets the Pontchartrain Pig and swears by the crawfish balls!
We love your children just as much as we love you, and we have carefully planned this day to celebrate our everlasting love; however, we unfortunately cannot accommodate any guests under the age of 18 at our ceremony or reception. We appreciate your understanding in this decision and look forward to giving you a child-free evening full of fun.
We would love to tell you "absolutely" or "the more the merrier" because we LOVE meeting new people, especially if they're close to you, but alas we are only allowed a specific number, so our guest list has been tailored as such. Your invitation will exclusively say "+Guest" if allotted a plus one.
Does a bear shit in the woods?
Pictures of yourself with other family members or guests is very much welcomed and encouraged! We only ask that any pictures taken during the ceremony are not posted until after we get to share them with the world! :)
As Macy is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, it will be a nut-free event. For our seafood allergy folks, we got you covered! For our GF/Celiac friend(s), we will have a better idea of options once we meet with the venue to discuss menu!
Our ceremony will be outside, but the reception is mainly indoors with access to the back patio.
