It's time!
We’re already married (since 2022) but we can’t miss the chance to celebrate it with you, our closest friends at Tenuta Mara Wine Relais in San Clemente, Italy on Saturday, October 19th, 2024, 16:00.

The party will take place on Saturday, October 19th, 2024, 16:00. The venue we have chosen is Tenuta Mara Wine Relais, a winery overlooking the hills around Rimini. We will start with a short ceremony, followed by aperitivo & photos, a proper Italian wedding menu and dancing until your feet can't take it anymore.

Bologna BLQ
The faster option would be to fly into the Bologna BLQ airport (Aeroporto G. Marconi Bologna) and a roughly 2h train ride to Cattolica, where we will arrange transportation.

Travel by car
Driving to the venue is easy, as it’s mostly done entirely on the highway through Bologna. Highways in Italy are paid - you get a ticket when you enter the highway that you need to give when you exit and then pay.
Train
Stop: Cattolica
There are direct trains from Munich to Bologna Centrale, taking about 6h30mins, where you can transfer to a train to Cattolica, another 1h45mins. From Cattolica, we will arrange transportation.
Flight
Rimini RMI
If you’re flying in, the closest airport to the venue is Rimini RMI (Aeroporto di Rimini e San Marino Federico Fellini) but it’s served by few airlines. The better option would be the Bologna BLQ airport (Aeroporto G. Marconi Bologna) and a roughly 2h train ride to Cattolica, where we will arrange transportation.

Tenuta Mara Wine Relais has 4 rooms which will be booked by us for a few of our guests from the family. There are a few options which we would recommend either near the venue or in Cattolica, where we will organise transportation for those needing it. - Locanda della Lavanda - a small private B&B within walking distance of our venue. Room around 80€/night. - Hotel Kursaal - hotel on the beach in Cattolica, around 99€/night, breakfast included. - Hotel Europa Monetto - modern hotel on the beach in Cattolica, around 60€/night for a single room and 80-100€/night double room. - Victoria Palace Hotel - modern hotel in the center of Cattolica, 90€/night for a single room and 115€/night double room, breakfast included.

Wear what you feel comfortable in, formal or semi-formal! You can even wear white if you so wish - you won’t be upstaging any bride.

Your presence on our special day means the world to us. Should you wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated. However, your attendance and warm wishes are truly the most cherished gifts of all.

Kids or no kids?

While we prefer to have an adult only party, we understand that arranging childcare can be challenging. We don't want anyone to miss out on the celebration, so if you attending means bringing your little one(s), then do bring them. If you do so, do let us know if they will need a baby chair.

We'd like to organize transportation from Cattolica (the closest town) to the venue on the Saturday of the event. We will check in with you closer to the date to see if you require it.
