They say every great love story starts somewhere unexpected. Ours started at a gay bar called The Edge, on a night when the room was full of musical numbers and people singing like the world was a stage. That’s when Rogelio saw Bob. Handsome, alluring, charming. Impossible to ignore. Rogelio was calm and collected on the outside, but on the inside he couldn’t hold back what had just hit him. Something clicked into place. It may sound corny, but Rogelio realized what “love at first sight” meant in that moment. It was the kind of feeling that settles in and says, “This is important.” Somewhere between the chorus and the laughter, two lives leaned closer, like two harmonies that just make sense. This was the start of something new, their happily ever after, the story of “BoRo”.
