Ceremony held at the Italian Garden requiring a short walk from parking lot with a few rocky areas. Comfortable shoes recommended. This venue holds 75 seats. Some guest will be required to stand. No reserved parking. However, this entrance has a large parking lot and plenty of free street parking. Please be sure to use the above address as Maymont has multiple entrances. There will be time between ceremony and reception. We highly encourage taking a walk through Maymont Park and enjoy the hidden gems that await you.

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Semi formal
Welcome to the party . There will be cocktail hour starting at 3pm followed by a delicious Thai Buffett. After dinner we will have dancing at Loso (connected to sabai) Open bar will be available for cocktails and mock tails throughout the evening. Please note, Sabai's inside dining room will remain open to the general public. The patio of Sabai and Loso will remain private. This patio is fully covered and heated. The Reception ends at 10pm. Our guest are welcome to stay longer. The open bar will turn to a cash bar at 10pm. This venue has a small parking lot with free neighborhood street parking. If parking in the lot be sure to avoid reserved for apartment spots.

Hotel block available April 4th and 5th. Please call the hotel directly and ask for Pearson-Morton wedding. There may be more traveling than rooms blocked. In this case the hotel will accommodate extra rooms to our block depending on availability. Please contact us directly if any issues arise during booking. This hotel is a 15 min drive to ceremony and 4 min drive to our reception. Hotel parking for $12/ day and free street parking

When should I RSVP by?

We are requesting rsvp by February 4th. We understand we are asking 2mo prior to the BIG DAY. If by February 4th you’re still a maybe and need more time to confirm reach out to us personally.
