As we have an independent event venue, we do not have hotel room blocks. We recommend booking an AirBNB near the event venue or a hotel room in downtown Dallas, depending on how much you're comfortable commuting to each event! Please refer to the 'Schedule' tab for exact addresses.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
The RSVP window will close at midnight on March 1st, 2026, and any guests who have not indicated that they will be attending will not be allowed to the events. We appreciate your understanding!
