Our Love Story
Our story begins at a middle school basketball game where we met through mutual friends at 10 years old. We soon started going to school together that year. I had a little crush on Connor ever since but we remained friends throughout. Although a little spark did form one day at the end of 8th grade. We watched Lord of the Rings in class, and giggled together here and there and just sharing that interest made me think he was cooler than I thought. (More of a nerdy trait I suppose but it made me feel closer to him which is cool.) Junior year of high school, we ended up having a health class together and grew really close exchanging jokes and similarities. With new adoration we became absolutely inseparable and our love story truly began! After school we both worked and started growing our careers while living in different places together within the years. In 2021, we settled in an apartment together where we now have great jobs and share our two most precious possessions, our cats. After the best 9 years together, in the summer of 2024, Connor proposed to me on a lake at sunset. It felt like a dream and it was a day we’ll cherish forever! We’re so excited for what our future holds for us—maybe more kitties?— <3

What is the dress code?
Answer
Dress code is semi formal! Ladies may wear floor length & cocktail dresses/ dressy separates. Gentlemen can wear dress pants, button up shirts & jackets or suits. No jeans please! We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up for the big day!

Will the event be taken place indoors/outdoors?
Answer
The entirety of the wedding will be held outdoors on the gorgeous grounds of the estate! In the events of unexpected weather conditions, there will be umbrellas on standby for the ceremony, and reception is under a tent.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 4:30, so guests may start arriving around 4.

Are children invited?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration to fully enjoy! Only children of the wedding party will be attending.

When are RSVPs due?
Answer
As soon as possible for RSVPs are always a great thing, but at least 6-8 weeks before the wedding is appreciated!

We are asking guests put away their phones and cameras for the ceremony, allowing our hired photographer to do her magic! After the ceremony photos are welcome!
