How do I get from the Airport -> My Hotel?

Answer

Uber/Taxi/Subway Uber is available in Korea, otherwise there are plenty of taxis available to hail. In Seoul the subway system is great, and will work with Google Maps, however downloading & using NAVER MAPS is highly recommended. You will need to use a T-Money transit card that you can purchase/recharge at the airport, subway stations, or convenience stores.

Answer

Our wedding is in Gangnam, however there other great districts to stay and experience Seoul! 1. Myeongdong, Tourist-friendly/ Street Markets/ Shopping, 20–25 min to Gangnam 2. Itaewon, International/ Food lovers/ Nightlife, 20-30 min to Gangnam 3. Hongdae, College nightlife/ Boutique shops/Food, 35–40 min to Gangnam

What should I pack for Seoul in Winter?

Answer

It will be very COLD during December so please bring layers and winter jackets. Gloves recommended.

Answer

In Korea, wedding guests typically wear muted, neutral, and conservative tones. Avoid bright colors. Women A dressy midi or maxi dress, or a skirt and blouse works well Muted or neutral tones (navy, gray, beige, dusty rose) are ideal Men A suit and tie is the safest choice Navy, black, charcoal, or gray are all appropriate
