Winter love
It is really true that love comes unexpectedly. Their story began on January 2024 in Sioux City, Iowa. It was a stormy winter and Rochel had no means of transportation to work. She asked for help from her work managers and one of them is Stevie’s mom, Cindy. It was a perfect timing for Cindy to pair the two! She thought they would make a perfect couple and so while Stevie was in town, the loving son would drive his mom everyday to work. Cindy played the Cupid between the two. They gave Rochel a ride a few times. Cindy could not let Rochel walk in the cold so she let her know that she could call anytime she needed ride so she gave her Stevie’s number. But, Rochel never texted him. Valentine’s day came and Stevie showed up at her work to give her a rose. She was so surprised and later she texted Stevie to thank him. Stevie took the opportunity to ask Rochel for a date. He went to pick up Rochel at her apartment and expressed how beautiful she is. Rochel just responded, “I know!” That night, he knew it was something real. They dated, fell in love, and were engaged shortly after.

We cannot predict the weather but based from last year’s statistical data, it will be around 60-80 degrees farenheit.

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day so we highly suggest they book a hotel near the location. The hotels we recommend are shown under Travel page of our website.

Formal wear will be the most suitable attire to wear and we hope to see you in your most confident attire. However, you can switch to your dancing shoes or clothes once the party has started.
