A story about faith and destiny or as some would call it Beshert. It’s as almost as if we were living parallel lives that finally intersected. As luck would have it, we ended up at the same Shabbat dinner on December 22nd 2023. Unusual for us both we were the first guests to arrive. An immediate attraction and shared interests led to Ben asking for Lauren’s number. The first of many big questions he would ask. Following an amazing first date, the second big question came, to spend New Year’s Eve together. The good times kept coming and our relationship naturally evolved. From attending Lauren’s JNF events, to Super Tuesday at Mar a Lago, to Passover Seders with Ben’s family, to celebrating milestone birthdays with trips to Nola, Aspen, Napa, and hosting Shabbat dinners with our friends. The relationship flourished and it became abundantly clear we were meant for each other. After four seasons together, some trials and tribulations, and enduring commitment to our definition of true partnership, Ben knew it was time to ask another big question. On December 20th 2024 Ben proposed to Lauren at The Four Seasons Surfside hotel. Our story is only just beginning as we embark on the next stage of this crazy thing we call life. We are so appreciative to G-d for bringing us together and all the special people in our lives who played a pivotal role in getting us to where we are today.
