Shuttle From Hotel Los Gatos to Venue

Three Shuttles, 30 people each. Boarding at 2:15pm. Guests who take the shuttle must board by 2:15pm for the 2:30pm departure, as the shuttle will make only 1 trip. FROM THE WEDDING: A shuttle will depart from Nestldown at 10:00PM and drop-off at Hotel Los Gatos. If there isn't space on the shuttle, there is parking for about 60 cars at the venue: https://www.nestldown.com/visitor-information/ Note: rideshare/cell coverage is limited at the venue.

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Formal, but outside so not too strict. Cocktail attire. Some surfaces will be grass so be thoughtful with heels.
No children at the ceremony and reception due to guest count limits. Getting there: https://www.nestldown.com/visitor-information/ There are 66 parking spaces. We have have shuttles for 60 guests. Please RSVP to the shuttle if you want to take it.

Unfortunately, due to guest limits, no children are allowed at the wedding ceremony and reception, but are welcome at the friday evening and sunday morning events.

Closest airport is San Jose (SJC) at 15 minutes, then San Francisco (SFO) is 40-70 minutes, then Oakland (OAK) at 50-90 minutes.

How do I get to the Venue on Saturday
Answer
There is limited parking at the venue, so we will be running two shuttles (30 people each) on Saturday from Hotel Los Gatos. Please check the schedule for the latest time.

If I have extra days, what should I do with my time?
Answer
Too many options, and depends on the person. You could go hiking, biking, or wine tasting in the santa cruz hills, you could visit the coastal town of Santa Cruz, you could spend a couple days in san francisco, and a lot more. Feel free to email us with questions.
