Taylor and Bailey met during football season at the University of Texas in the fall of 2021. Taylor was working full-time in catering at UT, and Bailey was working HVAC for Wansley Refrigeration. What began as a brief crossing of paths during one busy season quietly became something neither of them could have anticipated. A little over a year later, they went on their first date at a Round Rock Express baseball game, where Bailey met Taylor’s family; an early sign of how naturally their lives would begin to intertwine. Not long after, they moved in together in Kyle, Texas, choosing to build a life rooted in trust, consistency, and showing up for one another every day. In November 2025, they purchased their first home together in Round Rock, a milestone that marked a new chapter of stability, commitment, and shared goals. That same year, Bailey purchased Wansley Refrigeration, a nearly 90-year-old family business, stepping into the responsibility of carrying forward a legacy built on hard work and integrity. Also in 2025, Bailey proposed at Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium; the very place where their story began. Along the way, their family grew. Darrell, their brown tabby cat, came into their lives early on. Taylor adopted Jax, Bailey’s husky, and later Duncan, their orange tabby, joined the family. These years together have been defined by blending families and friendships, traveling, setting goals, and creating traditions. Taylor, originally from Georgia/Florida, has fully embraced life in Texas, from annual trips to Port Aransas and attending weddings across the country and even Mexico, to finally getting a Texas ID and registering as an official Texan. They’ve traveled with friends in Colorado, visited Taylor’s hometown roots in Georgia, vacationed in Destin, Florida, and celebrated many friends as they’ve begun their own forever stories. Through it all, they’ve grown together with intention, steadiness, and support. Together, they’ve built a partnership rooted in trust, laughter, and shared vision. Taylor and Bailey are incredibly grateful for the life they’ve built, and even more excited for what’s ahead.
