6:00 pm
Dress code: Sunset aperitivo
5:00 pm
Dress code: Semi-formal, elegant, natural palette. We are primarily envisaging blacks and browns, and to a lesser extent a spectrum that spans from green to cream. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses.
N.B. The terrain is a little rugged and uneven so stilettos are not advisable.
1:00 pm
Dress code: Après boat - from sea to spritz
On Friday, we will spend the afternoon out on the water - cruising around the island in small boats, stopping for swims along the way. We will leave from the port in Scauri at around 1-2pm and return later in the afternoon, before final sunset drinks and aperitivo at Altamarea. The boat day is optional (hangovers and slower starts to the day very much anticipated).

Travel Note
Pantelleria can be reached by flights from Rome, Milan, Bergamo, Bolognia, Perugia, Verona, Venice, and Sicily, or by a two-hour ferry from Sicily. Because our dates fall around a UK public holiday (Monday 31 August), we recommend booking travel as soon as you can.
Flight
Airlines that operate this route include DAT, Volotea, HelloFly, and ITA. You can check the Pantelleria Airport website for up-to-date schedules here: https://www.aeroportodipantelleria.it/display/calendario.php For summer this year, there are daily flights from Sicily (Trapani, Palermo and Catania). From mainland Italy: Volotea operates flights from Bologna (Saturday and Sunday), Milan (Saturday), Bergamo (Saturday), Venice (Saturday) and Verona (Saturday and Sunday). HelloFly operates a Saturday flight from Perugia. ITA Airways flies from Rome on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and from Milan on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Travel Note
There are also daily ferries from Trapani (around a 1–1.5 hour drive from Palermo), departing at 13:30. The crossing takes about two hours and typically costs around £20–£30. These are operated by Liberty Lines: https://www.libertylines.it/en/
Travel Note
Even though the island is small we recommend getting a car or scooter. These can be organised from the airport although some accommodation can also help you to organise this if you like
