Our studies brought us together. We first met in the Carroll College Library in 2015. Our coaches often play match-maker, requiring all athletes to attend "study hall" simultaneously. As you can imagine, all of our studying and none of the flirting takes place during this daily obligation. The training room soon became the hangout routine with rehab and a common destination to run into each other "accidentally". Despite the odds, 3.5 years traveling the distance, we have happily resided in Tunk Valley within the greater pristine Okanogan Valley mountains with our dog, Ava, and three cats, AC, DC, and Jynx.
