Our venue has a dress code of business casual. To accommodate this, we just ask that no one wears jeans. As usual, guests should refrain from wearing white; additionally we also ask that our guests stay away from wearing lavender as this is what the bridesmaids will be wearing.
The area has many hotel accommodations very close to the venue which makes it easy to find lodging without a hotel block being necessary. There are a few nearby hotels linked on this site for easy access and there are several others in the area as well that are not listed on the website.
Please let Alex or Julie know what food accommodations you will require! You can enter the information when you rsvp or you can text Julie at 443-504-7920. Our venue is able to accommodate these, we just need a heads up so they have time to adequately prepare.
We will be having an open bar during our reception and cocktail hour. The bar will have liquor, wine, 2 domestic beer options and one import/craft beer option.
Given that we are not getting a hotel block from a specific hotel there will not be any third party transportation available from hotels to the venue, however there is plenty of on site free parking at Hayfields country club. We also encourage guest to carpool and use ride share services to avoid drinking and driving. We want everyone to be safe!
While we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that you consider making this a night off just for the grown-ups. We hope you'll be able to join us for a relaxed, adult celebration.
We ask that you plan to arrive by 4:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 5pm and we cannot guarantee late guests will be allowed to enter the ceremony past 5pm.
Please try to RSVP by June 1st. You can RSVP here on the website under the RSVP section or you can text Julie at 443-504-7920. Any one that has not RSVP'd by June 1st will be assumed to not be attending. We will not be able to accommodate any additional guests past June 13th so please do not show up if you have not communicated so, to either bride or groom prior to June 13th:)
Cocktail hour will consist of: Chicken Quesadilla Bacon Wrapped Scallops Vegetable Spring Roll's Spinach Artichoke Dip Antipasto Vegetable Crudites Dinner will consist of: Caesar Salad 5oz Lemon Herb Chicken and 4oz Salmon Parmesan Risotto Roasted Broccoli Dessert will consist of: Tiramisu Cups Gluten Free Red Velvet Wedding Cake
Once you turn left onto Hayfields road, you will make the first left into the event parking lot and you will see the mansion house. This is where the ceremony and reception will be!
Please enter the first and last name of one member of your party below.
