We matched on Tinder, and after talking for a week we went on our first date. This was the first time Kaley had gone on a date with an internet "stranger" so she was extra nervous. Our date was at The Hall in West Des Moines, we grabbed a couple of beers and Bailey listened to Kaley ramble for an hour until she had to go play volleyball. The second time we hung out was at Kaley's Beaverdale house - this time the date ended with the most awkward hug two people have ever had. As we all know Bailey loves hugs- but sparks flew and the rest was history.

On an early morning in Amsterdam Bailey made Kaley get up at 8 am for a "breakfast date" when in reality she had a photographer on standby to take surprise pictures of the proposal. The surprise was ruined before we even left the hotel room because Bailey couldn't find an outfit she wanted to wear and Kaley put on a pair of pants that Bailey hated. In the end the proposal was a perfect representation for our relationship- messy, beautiful, anxiety fueled happiness. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
