We want you to be able to kick back, relax and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults only wedding. We appreciate you to make arrangements to leave the kids at home.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all and we are lucky to have all that we need. However, as some of you may know, we have been living in our RV to save up for our first home. If you would like to get us a gift, we would appreciate contributions toward our first home.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. For men we suggest suit, blazer or button down with slacks. For women, a dress, jumpsuit or dressy separates would all work. The venue will be outside, flats, dressy sandals or low block heels are recommended. We want you to be comfortable but also look your best! Keep in mind the reception will be going into the evening. There will be a few areas to keep warm, but please plan accordingly. (The open bar will help keep you warm too)

Where should I stay?

While we do not have hotel room blocks reserved, there are hotels available very close to the venue. Please see our page on Travel for suggestions and more information.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The venue is in a relatively remote area of Valley Center and to prevent the possibility of drinking and driving, we will be working on making accommodations to and from the venue. More information on transportation will be added soon.

Will there be parking available?

While there will be limited parking at the venue, we are working on transportation to and from Harrah' Resort and Casino (about 20 minutes away). Pre-ordering ride sharing services may also be recommended. More information to come.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 3:30 pm to give enough time to grab a drink, say your "hello's" and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:15.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We will be having a professional photographer to document the special day, but sometimes the best photos are the candid ones taken by loved ones. While this will not be an 'unplugged' wedding, we do ask you to be respectful during the ceremony and refrain from photos. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos the rest of the night!

What happens after the ceremony?

After we say "I do" we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where we will be serving beer, wine, cocktails, a grazing table and dinner.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Heck yeah! We will be offering select beer, wine and cocktail options. If you would like to tip the bartender, cash or venmo will be accepted.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10. Depending on how everyone is feeling and who will be staying at Harrah's hotel there may be an afterparty there. More information to come.

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

This is an outdoor venue so smoking is permitted. We urge you to be respectful of others and to step away from the party if you feel the need to smoke.
