Please let us know if you would like a bigger room/suite or swim out. We can ask the resort to provide options for different rooms. Check in at the resort is at 4:00 PM. If you arrive early they will hold your bags and you get access to the resort including restaurants and bar.

You can pre-book transportation before your arrival from the airport to the the resort and back using the following link. https://kimayn.cancunreceptivo.com/ 1. When you land. Clear immigration. 2. Get your bags. 3. Clear Customs. 4. IMPORTANT Outside customs, you will see people trying to sell you a timeshare, they are doing everything in their power to bring your attention, PLEASE IGNORE and try not to stop and continue your way to the front door 5. Your driver will meet you in the Welcome Bar. Look for a sign with your name, and your shuttle will be ready to escort you to your vehicle.
