Question
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 7:30 PM. Please allow enough time for parking and locating your seat.
Question
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside in a garden, weather permitting. The reception will take place inside the venue. In case of inclement weather, the entire event will be moved indoors!

Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, the venue has a large parking lot!

Are there hotel accommodations?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved a hotel block at the Inn at Fox Hollow, located on the venue site. A separate hotel block is available for the Holiday Inn, please see travel tab for hotel accommodations.

Am I able to take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, we are asking for all phones and devices to be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture the moment for all of us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be detailed on your invitation.

What should I do in the event I am no longer able to attend?
Answer
We completely understand that unexpected things happen. Please let us know as soon as your plans change so we can make the necessary updates with our catering team.
