For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved for June 7th. The hotel is a 15 minute commute to the venue. There will be a shuttle to the ceremony and from the reception at the end of the night. When calling to make your reservation, reference the Hobbs/VanHoozer wedding to be included in the block and receive the wedding nightly rate. Reserve by May 7, 2025 to be included in the block . The ceremony itself will be outside in front of a quaint white chapel tucked in the woods. The cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be a blend of both.
We will have a shuttle running from the hotel to the venue, however if you choose to drive there will be parking available on site and marked when you arrive.
Of course we cannot guarantee anything, but the weather in the mountains at this time of year is generally very temperate and beautiful. Keep an eye on the weather in case of rain and any changes to come.

Because of limited capacity we ask that you do not bring your kids unless you are immediate family. We want you to have a nice time and we hope you understand!
Our venue for our ceremony and reception is all in one place. The ceremony is a short walk to the reception and we will have golf carts for transportation for guests that need it.
Everyone's favorite part! For cocktail hour we will be serving bride and groom cocktails, beer, wine and light hors devours. For the reception we will be serving dinner and dessert. So come ready to enjoy some delicious food.
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We want to share this special time with you completely unplugged. We will have QR codes at the reception however to drop any photos you get throughout the night. We would love to see all of your photos so make sure to upload them during or at the end of the night!
