Where is Crane Cottage located once you arrive at the Jekyll Island Club Resort?

When facing the front of the main clubhouse (the main hotel), the Crane Cottage is located to the left of the main clubhouse just a short walk away! It is a large, white building that faces the water.

Where will we park?

Answer

There are more than one parking lots near the property. The one most commonly used will be located to the right of the main clubhouse when facing the front of the clubhouse. As you are arriving to the main clubhouse, you will have the opportunity to veer off to the right just before you pass the clubhouse on your right. This will lead you to a parking lot. From there you will walk >5 mins to the Crane Cottage which will be located on your right just past the main clubhouse. Another parking lot can be found behind Crane Cottage located near Faith Chapel off of Old Plantation Road.

Do we pay to park?

Before crossing the bridge to get to the resort, you will pass through a toll station that will require a $10 entry fee. Once you have paid this to enter the island, you will not have to pay again and you are free to park wherever you like! Ps. Don’t worry if you forget to grab your ticket at the toll booth, they are not required to park!

The Crane Cottage is a historic home located on the property of the Jekyll Island Club Resort. It was built in 1917 by Richard Teller Crane, Jr. and was the most expensive home ever built on Jekyll Island!
