We’ve reserved a special discounted room block for our guests at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum, a modern, resort-style hotel perfectly situated between our ceremony (Newport Beach) and reception (Silverado) venues. We’ll be providing a complimentary shuttle service to make everything effortless: the shuttle will take guests from the hotel to the ceremony, then to the reception, and back to the hotel at the end of the night. Located next to the lively Irvine Spectrum Center, the hotel offers endless things to do — from shopping, dining, and entertainment to a Ferris wheel and live music. You can also unwind at the hotel’s rooftop bar, Hive & Honey, known for its panoramic sunset views and signature cocktails. 🕊️ Book under our group rate to enjoy discounted rooms, discounted parking, and easy access to all weekend events. We recommend reserving early, as space within our room block is limited.

Our wedding is black-tie formal. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos or black formal suits, and ladies may wear full-length gowns. Please note that part of the reception will take place outdoors, so a warm wrap or jacket is recommended for the evening.
We’ve reserved a discounted room block at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum. Please visit out travel page for our reservation link! The hotel is perfectly located between our ceremony and reception venues (about 20 minutes each way) and offers a rooftop bar, pool, and restaurants nearby. Complimentary shuttle transportation will run to and from the ceremony, reception, and hotel.
A complimentary shuttle will take guests from the hotel to the ceremony at 11:45AM and 12:00PM, then to the reception, and back to the hotel at the end of the night from 7:00pm throughout the night until 10:30pm. If you plan to drive separately, parking is available at both venues.
Please refer to your invitation envelope or RSVP form for details. While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.
Please do not arrive any earlier than 2:30PM as the venue will not yet be open.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception venues have on-site parking. If you’re staying at the Marriott or don't want to drive, we recommend using the shuttle at the Marriott for ease and safety.
Southern California weather is usually mild and sunny in January — highs in the low 70s, lows in the 50s, though we'll be in a mountain. A warm wrap or jacket is recommended for the evening. We will have heaters and blankets!
