Maid of Honor
How did you meet the bride? I met the bride in a hospital the day I was born. She even gave me the name “Chelsea.” She's my favorite- and only- sister! I love reading books, swimming, hairstyling, and baking sweet treats. Learning new things through documentaries and YouTube is my favorite pastime.

How did you meet the bride? I have had the absolute pleasure knowing our Bride for my entire life 🥹 our mothers are childhood friends. Our bond went from friends to family. Cindy is the big sister I’ve always wanted! We’ve been through diapers n daycare, communion, prom, graduations, weddings, and babies together! It warms my heart to known that Cindy has found her true love! To know Cindy is to absolutely adore her, and I take pride in our sisterhood! My hobbies include working out, traveling, online shopping, hosting, trying new restaurants, learning a new language, and spending time with loved ones! 🤍

How did you meet the bride? I met Cindy backstage at a pageant show! We were in college and I was working set up for that event. On my way to my usual hiding spot, I stumbled into Cindy’s dressing room! She was so funny and inviting. We ended up talking and laughing most of my shift away. I later returned that night to watch the pageant and was in awe of Cindy and her magic. Of course, she won! Cindy and I ended up running into each other, again and again. The rest is history! I love the beach and everything water. When I’m not dancing, I’m nose deep in a book or spending time with loved ones. I enjoy traveling, juicing, and live music.

How did you meet the bride? Technically I met Cindy during childhood, then we met again in HS, but it wasn’t until college at UT where our relationship strengthened and she legit became one of my favorite people! She wrote my papers and I did her Chemistry homework - a match made in heaven lol Outside of being brilliant, her positive energy was simply contagious. So naturally she shifted from being my mentee to one of my best friends and I thank God for that! I’m lucky to have Cindy in my life and Uzoma is even luckier to have her as a partner. It’s been a pleasure to watch her grow into this amazing woman and it’s an honor to get to be by her side on her big day! My hobbies are eating, shopping, traveling, going to concerts and sporting events.

How did you meet the bride? I met the bride-to-be the day she was born lol! I remember going to visit her mom shortly after Cindy entered this world back in 1993! No but seriously, I’ve known Cindy basically all of my life. My earliest memory of Cindy is when she followed me to my 1st grade class as a kindergartener! She would always follow me around in elementary! I remember taking her back to her class and promising her I’d see her later. Cindy and I basically grew up together. I’ve had the privilege of watching her blossom into the phenomenal woman she is today! I’m blessed and grateful to have been one of the fortunate people to have her in my life! My hobbies are event planning, decorating, makeup, diy projects, and engaging in fun fitness activities like tennis to stay active!

How did you meet the bride? I first met Cindy during my first nursing position in Labor and Delivery. Our very first conversation lasted nearly an hour, and we quickly realized that we had actually even attended middle school together. She was so kind and warm-hearted that it felt like we had known each other our whole lives! My hobbies include playing tennis, shopping, candle-making, reading, cooking, and baking. ❤️🤍❤️

How did you meet the bride? Roaming the halls of Elsik High School, Cindy and I met and instantly formed a bond that I hold near and dear to my heart. From the very beginning, I admired her beauty, kindness, and magnetic personality. Our connection was so strong that we chose to be roommates at UT, embarking on a journey from wide-eyed freshmen to inseparable sisters. Through missed 8 a.m. alarms, deep belly laughs, late-night study sessions, moments of growth, disappointment, and triumph, our friendship became family. And now, nothing brings me greater joy than knowing my girl has found Uzoma—an incredible man who loves her wholeheartedly. I am beyond honored to celebrate this beautiful union and the next chapter of her love story. My hobbies include weightlifting, skincare, cooking, wine-tasting & reading.

I met the bride-to-be through my cousin, who just happens to be the groom. It has been such a joy getting to know her. I clearly remember our very first conversation, when Cindy and I quickly realized how much we had in common and connected right away. She fit in effortlessly from the beginning, which speaks volumes about the warm and well-rounded person she is. Since then, every time we've spoken or seen each other, it’s only gotten better. I’m so happy that you and Uzoma found each other, and I can’t wait to celebrate your love and the beautiful journey ahead! My hobbies and interests include fitness, cooking, dancing, learning new languages, philanthropy, reading, and DIY projects!
Best Man

How did you meet the groom? I met the groom when I was five years old. We lived in the same apartments in Irving and even though I moved to a different town a few years later, we have still kept up. Through college and our careers, life has changed, but our friendship hasn’t. Among many memories is attending Dallas Stars games, fun road trips, and sharing a common passion for the arts. Uzoma has not only been a friend, but a brother I never had. I am truly blessed to be a part of his life. From the moment I saw Uzoma and Cindy together, I knew they were meant to be. She is marrying a great man and I know they have a bright future ahead of them. It is my honor to be a groom at the wedding. I wish nothing but success and happiness to Uzoma and Cindy!

“I’ve known the groom for close to 30+ years now, what feels like my whole life. Our families are very close we grew up down the street from each other. We’ve gotten a lot closer as we get older. He’s the brother I never had; we’ve shared dreams of college, post-college life, plans of takeover the world etc. Whenever I’ve got an idea or need a feedback, he’s usually one of the first I call as his input is invaluable and arguably one of the smartest people I know. I’m extremely proud and happy he’s found Cindy and can’t wait to welcome her in to the family”

The groom is my older cousin, and I’ve known him since I was a baby! I’m honored to be part of Uzoma and Cindy’s wedding celebration and couldn’t be happier that they found their way to each other. Their love is inspiring, and what they’re building together is truly special. As they step into this next chapter, I hope it brings them joy, growth, and endless blessings. Wishing Uzoma and Cindy all the love and light as they begin this beautiful journey. Some activities I enjoy include fashion shopping, working out, listening to music, watching sports, and exploring docuseries.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Uzoma, my cousin, since we were kids. Although we didn’t grow up in the same country, every time he visited Nigeria, it was always a blast. Watching him evolve into the incredible man he is today has been a true privilege. Seeing him find someone as amazing as Cindy fills my heart with joy, and I’m so honored to be part of their bridal party. First of all, congratulation to my boy “Zuma!” It a pleasure to know you and I am happy to see you move into this phase of your life. I have known Zuma all my life basically. We grow up in the church as our families are really tight and from there we kept up. We then linked up again at college in Austin and boy we had a time! We then linked up sometime later and its crazy how he and I align on a lot of things. He is so open minded and understanding and I love that about him; that is going to serve him well in this new chapter of his life! Blessings to him and Cindy and I plan to be there with him in this new chapter of his life (as II have been there before) Cheers!!!

How did you meet the groom? I met Uzoma my future, brother-in-law through my sister, Cindy, during their early days of dating. From the moment I first saw them together, it was clear that they shared a special connection. As I got to know Uzoma better, I quickly realized what a good guy he is. His humor, enthusiasm for life, and support for Cindy made it easy for me to welcome him into our family. In my free time, I enjoy work out, listening music, and spending quality time with family and friends.
