Dayton International Airport
The Dayton airport (actually in Vandalia), is about an hour from Celina, via either US routes 49 and 127, or I75 and US 33. Athena and Micah live about fifteen minutes from this airport and will be driving from home to the venue for the day of the wedding - that is, this is not a bad drive at all.

Columbus is about 2 hours from Celina, via US 33.

The Indianapolis airport is the furthest, at about 2 and a half hours, but may be more useful to those with family in Indianapolis.

Local Flavors
Celina has a fair amount of dining - favorite fast food will be available, like McDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway, Arby's, and Dunkin'. Some local spots we like are The Bay (explicitly queer-friendly breakfast spot), Mongolian Grill (classic Americanized Chinese buffet), La Carreta (Mexican), and Chouraku (Japanese sushi and hibachi). For those looking for drinks after, Brew Nation and Sidecar Martini are in the downtown strip. We do not recommend Boots and Bourbon nor Sidetracks.

Dressy Casual! Garden! Tea! Vyshyvanki! We're not picky, so don't stress too much!

Can I wear a traditional Ukrainian vyshyvanka?
Answer
Yes! There are plenty of independent Ukrainian sellers on Etsy, or on Amazon, that make beautifully embroidered traditional Ukrainian shirts or dresses. You are welcome to wear them to our wedding!

Can I bring a date?

We need a small wedding with as few surprises as possible, so if they weren't on the invitation, probably not - but reach out! In the crush of everything we may have missed someone important .

What will we eat?

A chili bar with a white and a red chili, some appetizers foods, and cupcakes for dessert. Most of the food will be gluten free and low-dairy, foods containing gluten will be placed away from the rest of the spread. If you have any other specific dietary needs, please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

As much as we both love kids, this is a kid-free wedding in the spirit of keeping it small and minimizing surprises.

Bigfoot. (He shall preside.) To be real - there is a giant wooden Bigfoot sculpture at the fairgrounds at the same entrance as the PBS Building, built as part of a tourism building deal with some other locales, also hosting sculptures.
