Seating opens at 3:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The View at Hillside Barn in Sapulpa, OK. The address is 13501 W. 146th St. So. Sapulpa, OK 74066.

What about kiddos?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we are only able to invite the children of our immediate family. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us on our special day!

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests dress in semi-formal attire. The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors. Please do not worry too much about what you wear. The most important thing to us is your presence. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Will you be having an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will be device-free. We invite you to be truly present with us during our vows and kindly ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony. Our wedding photographer will capture the special moments and we will gladly share those images with you!!

Is there parking on-site?

Yes! The parking lot is right next to the venue and can accommodate up to 200 vehicles.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, venue capacity is limited. We are unable to host any additional guests that were not formally listed on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes - please plan transportation accordingly!
