FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what is listed here, feel free to give Ashlyn a call at (210) 602-9591.
Question

What's the Scedule?

Answer

Please arrive around 4:00 PM to find a seat in the chapel for our ceremony, which will begin at 4:30 PM. After the ceremony, feel free to head to the reception hall to enjoy some snacks, sign the guest book, take photos in the photo booth, and mingle around the venue while Levi and Ashlyn take their photos. At 6:00 PM, we’ll have a casual dinner and enjoy some popsicles. You’re welcome to stay for Levi and Ashlyn’s send-off at 7:30 PM!

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

You may park anywhere along the venue itself and there is also a separate parking area for the venue right across the street from it. If that fills up, you can also park in the Comfort Community Park which is across from the front of the venue. When you arrive please head to the stone chapel for the ceremony.

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

We will be having sandwiches, fruit, salad, and some other snacks here and there! We will also be having popsicles in lieu of cake. Please let us know if you have any dietary concerns.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal clothes! The ceremony and reception are both indoors, but we may be outside a little bit here and there. Don't stress the "dress code" too much! As long as you're there it really doesn't matter :)
