Formal Dress Attire

Immediately following the ceremony, you are cordially invited to join the bride and groom inside the main clubhouse for a cocktail hour from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Guest will enjoy an open bar and a selection of passed hors d'oeuvres. The open bar will remain available throughout the evening -- please pace yourself and drink resposibly while enjoying the celebration.

Reception

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal Attire is requested.

Schedule: Guests should head into the main dining room and be seated by 6:55 pm

Travel

Out of town guest may fly into Palm Beach International Airport or Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Boca Raton is centrally located in between both airports. Arrangements have been made to shuttle wedding guest from The Hilton in Boca Raton to the venue and back the day of the wedding!

The mother of the bride is playing multiple important roles. Not only is she supporting her daughter in the typical ways leading up the wedding, but she is also taking on the significant responsibilities of officiating the ceremony. This indicates she is someone deeply trusted by the bride and groom, as officiating a wedding carries emotional and ceremonial weight. Additionally, she is organizing the bridal shower (with a lot of help from family friend "Denise Fischer") and assisting with other wedding details, which shows her dedication and involvement in ensuring the day is perfect for her daughter.

Larry has been a meaningful part of Ashley's life for over 20 plus years. His active participation and joy in helping Ashley and Michael plan their special day is a testament to the special bond they share.

Mike understands the importance of giving Jeremy an essential role in his mom's wedding and therefore, supports Ashley decision in having Jeremy, walk her down the aisle. Mike will uphold the honor of the father daughter dance and speech from father of the bride. While his involvement may have been limited, this gesture symbolizes his desire to be part of this important moment of her life.

The groom's brother, his only sibling, is not only family but is also his best friend and confidant. They share a bond that goes beyond blood, built on a lifetime of memories, laughter, and unwavering support. As the groom's closest ally, he has been there through every milestone, offering advice, encouragement, and a steady presence. On May 17, 2025, Marc will stand proudly by Michael's side not only as a part of the wedding but as a lifelong partner in all life's adventures.

Erika has been by the bride's side since high school, sharing in every major milestone and life experience. Through countless memories, laughter, tears, she has been a constant source of strength, especially during life's ups and downs. Erika's unwavering friendship and bond she shares with Ashley made her the perfect choice to be the bride's Matron of Honor.

Jeremy is the oldest son of the bride and loves that his mom found her soul mate. Jeremy has been assigned an important role in his mom's wedding, as he will proudly walk his mom down the aisle! He appreciates all the family time and memories they have already made with Michael and looks forward to making many more. The added bonus is the extended family he has gained too! His heart is full.

Josiah is looking forward to joining his brother, Jeremy in walking their mom down the aisle. He is also looking forward to the music and tearing up the dance floor for he loves music and dancing, not sure where he gets his moves from. However, when it comes to golfing and fishing he is pretty lucky getting trained by Michael.

Destiny is the beautiful daughter of the matron of honor, Erika. Since the day Destiny was born, she was always a very big part of Ashley's life and considered family. When Destiny was old enough to talk, she started calling our beautiful bride TT Ashley. Loving her as a niece there was no doubt she wouldn't be a part of this wedding party. How cute she will be walking down the aisle with her cousin Josiah!

As a cousin of the groom having grown up together and sharing so many memories and life experiences it wouldn't make the wedding party complete without including Rick. The bride and groom are thrilled he agreed to be a part of their special day

Zuly is a dedicated & compassionate professional who works at the same elementary school as the bride. Her natural ability to connect with others, building strong friendships, such as the one she shares with Ashley. Zuly's positive energy & friendly demeanor makes her an invaluable presence both at work and in her personal relationships. She is someone who brings joy, support and a sense of community to those around her. Zuly has truly been a big help during the wedding planning, and we are honored to have her as part of the bridal party

Lorenzo is the groom's younger cousin whom he spent a lot of time with growing up in New Jersey with. The groom is blessed to have so many close cousins to stand with him on his special day.

Karen is the sister of the matron of honor, Erika. Growing up close as Erika & Ashley were and always hanging out at Erika's parent's house all the girls were close enough to consider each other sisters. Keeping it a family affair, made the bride decision easy to ask them all to be part of her special day.

Michael met the groom during their college days and vast became friends. When deciding on whom to support him on his special day, the groom knew the wedding party would not be complete without his college best friend and was thrilled when Michael agreed.

The bride has the privilege of meeting and becoming friends with Chris while working for the same elementary school. Chris serves as the dedicated district nurse, that provides exceptional care & support to students and staff. Beyond her professional expertise, she is a kind-hearted, loyal friend whose positive energy and generous spirit have touched the lives of many. It's an honor that she has agreed to stand by us on our special day.

Alex and the groom met during their college days and their vast love of fishing made them quick buddies. Seeing the groom get hooked for real and off the Singles's market with a front row view was one opportunity Alex would never say no to. It is an honor to have him as part of the wedding party.

Rosy is also the sister of the matron of honor, Erika. Growing up close as Erika & Ashley were and always hanging out at Erika's parent's house all the girls were close enough to consider each other sisters. As another older and wiser cousin, Vin was more than happy to agree when Michael asked him to join the wedding party. Can never have enough family to get you through the happiest day of your life!

Andre and Michael go back to their childhood days growing up together and getting into mischief. Not only friends but lifelong who grew up fishing and later playing golf together. No wedding party would be complete without your childhood best friend.

Yvonne is not only an incredible nurse dedicated to caring for others, but she's also a devoted mother of two wonderful boys. She has found time in her very busy schedule to assist with the wedding preparations with the bride. Beyond that, she's been a fantastic tenant in our rental property making it a home for her and her boys. We are grateful to have her standing up with us as part of our wedding party.

Andrew and Michael friendship started in college. The friendship grew with their love for golf and fishing. After college they continued their friendship by becoming roommates before each meeting their lifelong soul mates. We are honored to have Andrew as part of the bridal party and his wife joining him as one of our guest.

Ryan is another college buddy who always enjoys fishing with the groom and their friends. He also took the bait and joined the wedding party to watch Michael get hooked.

On June 15, 2024 an Engagement Party was hosted at the home of Marc & Deanna Concato in New Jersey.  Special thanks to Michael's father Mike Sr, his brother Marc and sister-in-law Deanna for all their hard work in making this such a special day for the future bride and groom.

Please arrive at the ceremony and be seated by 5:15pm so we can promptly start the ceremony on time at 5:30 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Although there is ample parking available, if guest are staying at the Hilton a shuttle has been arranged to transport our guest to and from the venue,

May we take pictures during the ceremony?

We would love you to be truly present with us today! Michael & Ashley have hired professional photographers to capture their special moments so please keep your phones and cameras away during the complete ceremony, to enjoy this special moment alongside them.

Can we share pictures we take ?

Answer

The bride and groom would love you to share any photos you take while in town for their special event so feel free to take pictures at the hotel or the reception. You can share them via a scan code you will find at your assigned dinner table.

Will there be a photo booth?

Answer

Yes, DJ Louie will be setting up a photo booth to capture candite pictures and we will have a photo album for you to create for the newlyweds.
