Our venue is about an 80 minute drive from this airport. If you reserve a room at the hotel, our coordinator, Michael Alvarado can arrange ground transfer for you. The shuttle would cost $134, which could hold up to 5 people (any additional person beyond that would be $11). If you are traveling alone or as a pair and would like to try and combine rides, reach out to Ashley or Max with your flight information and we will ask around and see if anybody else is arriving at the same time as you. Uber rides from the airport to the hotel can range from about $90 to about $130 depending on demand. If you plan to venture around on your own, renting a car is not a bad option as the drive from San Jose to Jaco is relatively straight forward.

Hotel Villa Caletas is the sister property of our wedding venue, Zephyr Palace, and it is just a short walk from the hotel to the venue. We have a room block reserved from March 1st until March 4th and you can contact our coordinator Michael Alvarado by email at specialevents@villacaletas.com to book one of them. Details of the reserved block of rooms are as follows: Standard Room: These rooms are equipped with two twin beds or one queen. They have garden or courtyard view and are located in either of the main buildings (few steps). They have easy access to the public areas. Special Rate: US$247.00 per night in double or single occupancy, taxes and breakfast included. Standard Deluxe: These rooms are equipped with one queen bed. They have a partial ocean view and are located in either of the main buildings (few steps). They have easy access to the public areas. Special Rate: US$290.00 per night in double or single occupancy, taxes and breakfast included. Villas: are slightly larger than a standard, equipped with one queen bed and in some cases, there is enough space to add one or two rolling beds. They have a terrace and some Villas have partial ocean view; others will have garden or Mountain View. They are spread out throughout the property and may be situated a number of steps away. Special Rate: US$346.00 per night in double or single occupancy, taxes and breakfast included. Additional person (Older than 11 years old): US$66.00 per night per person, taxes and breakfast included (Subject to room space). There are some larger rooms available as well if needed, Michael can give you the details of all other available options if you email him at specialevents@villacaletas.com. Within Jaco there are numerous other hotels and airbnbs which are just a short Uber ride away. In town Uber rides cost between $5 and $10 each way.
