We are excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are keeping the guest list limited to those on the invitation. If you have any questions, we will be more than happy to answer. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & {Guest Name}” if a plus one has been given.
We are are allowing children from immediate family only. However, we encourage parents to use this evening as a "parent's night out." Your invitation will be made out to “The {Your Last Name} Family” if a your children are invited and “Mr & Mrs {Your Last Name}” if you and your significant other have been invited.
The ceremony will begin promptly. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Parking is limited, so please account for walking time and or ride pickup and drop off time.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up for the big day! Dress code is formal cocktail. Ladies are encouraged to wear tea-length, midi-length, or cocktail dresses. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or dress pants and sports coat. Gentlemen, please refrain from wearing polo shirts, blue jeans or denim, t-shirts, or any form of camo. Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white or shades that may be mistaken for white.
The event will be split between indoors and outdoors. Restrooms are located inside the venue. Summertime in Arkansas can be warm, please dress accordingly.
We ask you to kindly turn off your ringer during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments and are happy to share photos with you after the event.
