We began dating two years ago, full of hope but faced with challenges that made our journey difficult. Though we chose to separate, we remained friends — always holding space for one another in our hearts. After spending time searching for the “right one,” nothing ever quite felt right. But everything changed in April 2024, when we decided to go on a date again. That night felt like a dream — everything was perfect, effortless, and deeply familiar. On December 22, 2024, we got engaged, and even now, it still feels surreal. The growth we’ve both experienced — individually and together — has been nothing short of amazing. We now understand that every detour and delay was preparing us for this moment. The way we look at each other, the chemistry we share, and the way we put God first in our relationship is what holds us together. Our faith is our foundation, and love is our constant.
