We met the modern way—on Match.com! Our connection was instant, and after exchanging messages, we decided to meet in person for our first date at Bacon and Jam in Chicago on October 25, 2022. It was a fun and easy-going morning, filled with laughter and conversation that made us excited to see each other again. Our second date on November 12, 2022, was a bit unconventional, but perfect for us. We went for pedicures and manicures before heading out to dinner. By our third date on November 19, 2022, at Up Your Alley Bowling, we knew this was something special. We officially became a couple the next day. The more time we spent together, the more we realized how aligned we were in our values and dreams for the future. We both shared a strong desire for marriage and building a family, as well as a deep respect and care for one another. The very next day, we deleted our Match.com profiles and haven’t looked back since. The rest, as they say, is history!
