We actually met on Facebook, I was pregnant with Hazel and was scrolling through your people you may know and saw him. I immediately thought “WOAH HES HAWWTT” So of course, I added him on Facebook. After months of being friends on Facebook he slid up on one of my stories of food I had cooked and told me that we should cook for each other sometime. For months we just flirted and talked back and forth until one day I finally let him come over. We sat at my kitchen table and HE talked for hours and hours. I just sat there, and admired him and listened to him talk. Finally around 1 AM he was like “alright I’m going to head out.” Not even gunna lie, I was thinking “about damn time. You talk too much!” 😂 We didn’t really hang out for a few more months, but we kept in touch! Talked pretty frequently, then one day I asked if he wanted to hang out again and ever since that time we’ve been stuck at each others hips. I definitely told him I loved him first and after about 2 months of me telling him I loved him, he finally told me back. I bawled like a baby because there was no way this man could possibly love a girl like me. I knew instantly I was going to take his last name. 🥰

I know, you’re hoping for a beautiful scenario. But actually he slid a ring on my finger in my sleep after I had been begging him to get me a ring for months. I woke up and it was there. I was ecstatic! I thought we were engaged. Then, a few months later again after bugging him to marry me, he texted me one day and said “let’s go get married” I thought it was all a joke. He said no, I’m serious. I know you’re the girl I want to spend the rest of my life with. I love you.” So here we are, wedding planning. And I couldn’t be happier. 🥰
